The 5-HTP is being returned. After a small amount of research about storing and shipping supplements - particularly those I ordered recently - it turns out that 5-HTP should be refrigerated. The instructions that came with this order said "cool" which is generally defined as comfortable room temperature between mid-60s and 70s. Similar discrepancies with other items in this order. Because storage can affect quality, I have lost confidence in Bulk Supplements products. Analogy: If you gave me 1 dollar bill in return for change and I gave you .98, .95, .80 cents, would you be satisfied with the exchange? When quality can not be assured, how can I be assured that my money is well spent with Bulk Supplements?
