The item I ordered was FOS. The item they sent was Inulin. The receipt was correct as it stated FOS. When I called the woman/your employee I talked to was very helpful and pleasant. Inulin is the best supplement to boost the immune system. I am unhappy with the company that shipped it to me. The spirulina was leaking at the top. The inulin package was not damaged, but it was not easy to clean up the two pouches.

If you need more you take more [day to day], and its delicious. You can also eat Jerusalem Artichoke which is what inulin is made from.
