Good to be able to make your own capsules

I'm only able to get 420mg ALA in Size 00 and 600mg of Betaine HCL. So I don't see why Size 00 is rated at 750mg, and it's not possible to fill the cap. I'd like to know if Size 000 is a bigger diameter or just longer?
