Good for brain health
It’s actually relatively easy to get carnitine from meat (hence the name) but N-acetyl L-carnitine is the only kind that can pass through the blood brain barrier to help with fat adaptation in the brain itself and increase its performance and function. I suggest giving this a shot.

We just started using the ALCAR yesterday in combination with a few other supplements for my husband’s very bad peripheral neuropathy. It will probably take a few weeks to notice any improvement.
