So, basically, exactly what you would expect. Unflavored, though that means a hint of sour milk at the end, found it works fine with fruit flavors, awful with black coffee. Dump it in water with an enhancer, probably good to go. Mixes well, but foams up quite a bit in my shaker bottle. If you add a flavor, add it to your liquid before adding the powder. The powder will clump up around the flavor, otherwise. Nothing really enough to remove a whole star, but a couple things under perfect takes one off. If you don't mind a slightly milky aftertaste and waiting for foam to dissipate, this one may be for you.
