Overall this brand is pretty. I have a hard time getting the powder to dissolve, mostly it just cakes up. I don't do smoothies as they are too cold for me. I may not be using cold enough water to dissolve the powder in. Having said that, nowhere on the package does it say how to use the powder, be it in cold hot hot liquids. The taste is fair, nothing like the actual fruit but I guess that's to be expected. If you like smoothies then this powder will no doubt work for you.
